What Is MSG?

Do Pruski's Products Contain MSG?

No, our products do not contain MSG.
What are Nitrates/Nitrites?

[Answer] 
Manufacturers add nitrates and nitrites to foods such as cured sandwich meats, bacon, salami or sausages to give them color and to prolong their shelf life.
Where does the Meat come from?

[Answer] 
All our products are born and raised in the USA and meets all USDA food safety regulations.


How much meat do I need to serve a Party?

[Answer] 
When planning your menu, a good amount to plan for is  4 – 6 oz. of meat per person.
Do you Make a No-Nitrite or Nitrate added Sausage?

[Answer] 
Yes, we offer a no nitrite or nitrate added sausage.


How can I order?

How soon will my products ship after I place my order?

We ship orders Monday - Wednesday via Fed-Ex.
Where can you Ship to?

We ship perishable products nationwide.

We can ship shelf stable products over to our troops; however, it may take up to two weeks to be delivered based upon location.

How is my product shipped?

[Answer] 
Our products are individually vacuum packed and quick frozen. All meats are shipped in a reusable insulated cooler and packed with a freezer pack. The insulated cooler is then put into a gift box for further insulation and protection.
I have received my box, Now What do I do?

[Answer] 
All meat products need to be kept cold at a temperature ≤ 45˚F . The product can be refrozen and held up to a year.


Can I return my Product?

[Answer] 
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. If there is an error made on our part, we will be more than happy to make it right for you!
What is the shelf life of the smoked, fully cooked products?

[Answer] 
The shelf life of a smoked, fully cooked vacuum packaged product stored in refrigeration (30-40 degrees F) can last up to 60 days. If the vacuum packaged product is stored in the freezer (-20 degrees F), then the shelf life can be up to 365 days. If the vacuum is lost, the shelf life is 7 - 14 days.


What is the shelf life of the fresh/ Raw products?

[Answer] 
Fresh, raw meat in a vacuum can be frozen for up to 365 days. If the product is thawed, cook within 14 days. If the meat product loses its vacuum, it should be cooked within 4 days or refrozen for 30 days for best results.
